Terms & Conditions of Stay

  • All deposits are non-refundable, by paying the deposit you have entered into a contract with the hotel, we advise that you take out insurance to cover you in the event you cancel, Any remaining balance to be paid upon arrival.

  • Rooms are available from 14.00 on the day of your arrival and are only held until 17.00, unless you have spoken to us to inform us of your late arrival. We reserve the right to re-let your room should you fail to arrive by the required time and not made contact.

​

  • Room must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.

​

  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please advise us as soon as possible, if you cancel 21 days or less before your arrival date, we reserve the right to charge you either 20% of your stay or should the room not be re-let, the full outstanding balance.

​

  • No shows are liable for the full outstanding balance and the principal name will be billed accordingly.

​

  • We reserve the right to charge for any accidents, breakages or damage to the hotel property.

​

  • A £40.00 charge will be made should you lose your room keys.

​

  • We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to guests personal property & valuables whilst on the premises.

​

  • We reserve the right to terminate your stay at any time without a refund should we feel that the behaviour of you or your party affects the comfort and enjoyment of other guests.

  • SMOKING NOT ALLOWED except outside in the designated area.

​

  • No food or drinks other that hospitality trays and bottled water is allowed in the rooms.

​

  • Rooms must not be occupied by more persons than stated or booked for. Any non-paying person seen or found in the room will be charged the night rate and asked to leave the premises immediately.

​

  • Children must not play in the hallways or run on the stairs. We will not be responsible should they have an accident.

​

  • Children 12 and over are prices as adults.

​

  • All guest data is secure and no data is passed to a third party.

​

  • The Berkswell Hotel holds no responsibility for damage to your vehicles or belonging within your vehicle when parked or parking on the hotel premises
