Rooms are available from 14.00 onwards and are only held until 17.00, unless you have telephoned to advise us of your late arrival. We reserve the right to re-let your room should you fail to contact us.
Room must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
All guest data is secure and no data is passed to a third party. You may be contacted by mail after your stay if you have objections please let the management know..
If you should need to cancel you reservation, please advise us as soon as possible, if you cancel before your due arrival date we reserve the right to charge you the full outstanding balance (We recommend you have adequate travel insurance.)
No refunds can be made on a booking should you choose to leave earlier than intended.
No shows are liable for the full outstanding balance and the principal name will be billed accordingly.
We reserve the right to charge for any breakages or damage to the hotel property how so ever caused during your stay.
A £40.00 charge will be made should you loose your room keys.
We will not be held responsible for any loss, or damage to guests personal property & valuables whilst on the premises.
We reserve the right to terminate your stay at any time without a refund should we feel that the behaviour of you or your party inhabits the comfort and enjoyment of other guests.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ON PREMISES - please smoke outside in the designated area.
No food or drinks other than hospitality trays and bottled water is allowed in the rooms.
Rooms must not be occupied by more persons than stated or booked for.
Any non-paying person seen or found in the room will be charged the night rate and asked to leave the premises immediately
Children must not play in the hallways or run on the stairs. We will not be responsible should they have or cause an accident.
Children over 12 are classed as an adult and be charged the adult rate.
NOTE: Parking is not guaranteed - TO PROVIDE PARKING ALLOCATION, YOU MUST PHONE OR ASK AT TIME OF BOOKING.
